Wanna get big like the great Tuan Tran? Here the popular and successful bodybuilder explains his attitude towards transformation and gaining muscle mass, followed by a video: "Hey all, all natural bodybuilder and power lifter Tuan here with a video of what I looked like in the very beginning of bodybuilding, and how I have transformed over a few years. Believe it or not, I really am still very new to bodybuilding, and have many years before I would consider myself a season pro. Buddy Workout: Kamil & Alex

The site Muscle-Teens has posted nine videos showing Kamil's and Alex's joint upper-body workout. The two German buddies are training their chests, biceps, triceps, backs, shoulders and abs. It's a big pleasure to watch the likable, young muscle hunks lifting hard and having a lot of fun at the same time. Kamil (blue pants) stems from Poland, has hit the iron since his youth and is admired most for his huge arms. Alex (pink pants) was a weight lifter, has changed to fitness and bodybuilding for some years and has bulked up a lot since then. Please enjoy the trailer:
